Thind，醫(yī)學(xué)博士，美國新澤西州海王星城澤西海岸大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心放射科學(xué)沈志森，主任醫(yī)師，二級崗位教授，國務(wù)院特殊津貼專家，甬城十大名醫(yī)，寧波市優(yōu)秀學(xué)科帶頭人；中科院及寧大博導(dǎo)、浙大兼職碩導(dǎo)、寧大碩導(dǎo)；現(xiàn)任寧波市耳鼻咽喉疾病診療中心主任、寧大耳鼻咽喉科博士點(diǎn)及碩士學(xué)位點(diǎn)負(fù)責(zé)人、寧大耳鼻咽喉科學(xué)教研室主任；中國中西醫(yī)結(jié)合耳鼻咽喉科學(xué)會常委、中國抗癌協(xié)會腫瘤整形學(xué)會常委、省醫(yī)學(xué)會耳鼻咽喉科專業(yè)學(xué)會副主委、省中西醫(yī)結(jié)合學(xué)會耳鼻喉科分會副主委、市醫(yī)學(xué)會耳鼻咽喉科專業(yè)學(xué)會主委；從事耳鼻咽喉頭頸外科專業(yè)30余年，年均手術(shù)量約1000臺左右，率先開展雙側(cè)人工耳蝸同時(shí)植入治療神經(jīng)耳聾、舌瓣重建下咽、面神經(jīng)及耳鼻相關(guān)的顱底外科、聽力重建和睡眠呼吸暫停手術(shù)治療等。先后主持省市課題12項(xiàng)，新獲2025重大科技專項(xiàng)1項(xiàng)。獲省市科技獎17項(xiàng)，以第一作者或通信作者發(fā)表SCI論文36篇，影響因子合計(jì)約86.665，授權(quán)國家發(fā)明專利6項(xiàng)。主譯著作《慢性中耳炎》《中耳臨床解剖》等。培養(yǎng)博士3名、碩士28名。
